This is a very popular service, but we do need to update the rules a bit, especially in the days of paperless documentation etc.

So first may I suggest you read through the “Budget Rate” page before you send anything in,

There is now a minimum charge    its 110.00 plus VAT GBP or the Euro equivalent,

This is for up to one cubic metre of pre packed and wrapped goods   (weight limits apply)

Minimum means be it a Shoe Box, an envelope or whatever,   its still the minimum fee
